Experience - 01Yrs to 5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare front desk roles (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Job Description
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and attendants with courtesy and professionalism.
- Guide patients and visitors regarding departments, billing counters, and hospital facilities.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth patient flow.
- Handle emergency calls and direct patients to the emergency/casualty department promptly.
