Role Details: IVR Dialer support
Overall Job Description:
Knowledge on any Dialer and IVR. Knowledge on voice technology and PRI.
Skill on IVR development and troubleshooting.
Knowledge on integration of dialer with other systems and voice bots etc.
Dialling strategy to setup outbound campaign and design outbound campaign strategy.
Should be able to create custom report on Dialer.
Should be able to interpret Dialer MIS.
Should be able to support large volume of support tickets and user base.
Knowledge on patch and compliance management.
Knowledge on Aspect/Alvaria dialer would be preferred.
