Role & Responsibilities

  • Increase the top of funnel by driving periodic BTL activities and generating referrals from prospective customers to build a larger prospect base.
  • Maximize virtual connects with qualified prospects using various digital and social media platforms.
  • Adopt need-based selling (tailor recommendations based on customer profile) and coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth policy issuance.
  • Ensure rigorous and timely follow-up on all prospects that are in-progress.
  • Update prospect information and track performance on the Lead Management System (LMS)/VYMO.
  • Ensure all procedural requirements for policy issuance are completed accurately and on time.
  • Track policies logged at the branch to ensure speedy issuance.
  • Provide correct and complete product information to customers to maintain transparency and trust.

Day-to-Day Deliverables

  • Monitor and update leads in LMS systems
  • Report daily activities to supervisors
  • Service existing clients and manage renewals
  • Achieve persistency targets and ensure customer satisfaction

Who Can Apply?


Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 02 years (Minimum 6 months preferred in):

  • Life Insurance Sales Management
  • Retail Bank Distribution
  • Co-operative Bank & Channel Management
  • DSA Relationship Handling
