Job Description

Desired candidate : We are looking out for someone who have good experience into end to end recruitment along with onboarding and stakeholder managementThis role will be 80% TA and 20% Operations.
*Please note this will be a contractual Role.*Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Involvement in HR operations tasks.
- Grievance handling.
- Conducting basic HR checks and maintaining documentation.
- Facilitating onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking sector.
