We are Hiring For Team Leader & Individual for Digital Business Specialist - Mumbai Kurla branch for reactivation process

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Economics, or related
• Experience: 3+ years in stock broking, wealth management, or financial advisory.
• Certifications: Relevant licenses (e.g., NISM certifications).

Role & responsibilities

• Effective communication
• Customer service orientation
• Knowledge of broking products, MTFs, Mutual Funds.
• Familiarity with CRM and back-office systems.
• Experience in stock broking or financial services is preferred.

Core Responsibilities

Will handling a team of reactivation process.

• Contact and engage with inactive clients to reactivate them.
• Build relationship to generate revenue through MTF book building and broking transactions through advisory.
• Own reactivated client relationships to delivered laid business objectives.
• Ensure and Improve client contact ratio.
• Cros-sell third-party products MF SIP and Portfolio Advisory.
• Immediate joiner would be preference.
