Position / Title : Executive - AR / Senior Executive - AR

Responsibility Areas

Role Description Overview:

The User is accountable to manage day to day activities of Denials/Claims Processing/ AR follow-up/ Rejections with respect to Hospital Billing. Responsible for contacting insurance companies and patients to follow up on outstanding medical claims. Navigates complex billing and coding processes to ensure accurate reimbursement for healthcare services.

Responsibility Areas:

• Should handle US Healthcare Hospitals/Facility Accounts Receivable.
• Responsible for working on Denials, Rejections, LOA's to accounts, making required corrections to claims.
• Calling the insurance carrier & Document the actions taken in claims billing summary notes.
• Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
• Update Production logs.
• Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis
• To review emails for any updates.
• Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor.
• Strict adherence to the Company/HIPAA policies and procedures.

Desired Profile

• Sound have sound knowledge in all RCM concepts of US Healthcare
• Excellent Knowledge on Denial Management / AR Followup / Rejections.
• Should be proficient in calling the insurance companies.
• Expertise in working on UB04 Form
• Good knowledge on all Clearing Houses
• Should be good at using the web portals to close the non-calling denials
