Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct call monitoring to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analyze calls to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to agents.
  • Develop and maintain call audit processes to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and coaching to agents on effective communication techniques.
