Hiring for International Voice Process Customer Support.We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Associate for our International Blended Process. This role involves handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels, including calls, emails, and chats, providing excellent service and resolving queries efficiently.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Provide voice-based support to international customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts.
  • Adhere to process requirements and achieve performance targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Salary Range: 18,000 (Fresher) | 30,000 per month (based on experience , performance & education )


Shift: 24x7 rotational with 2 rotational offs per weekEducation HSC / Grad Fresher or

Experience will do.
