Job Description

About the Role : The role will be a key role in Flipkart Supply chain and will be responsible for end to end store operations . He/She needs to independently manage a large team and ensure high customer NPS for all orders . At the same time the operations has to be done in lowest cost option.

You are Responsible for : Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for operating a store
Lowest cost store operations with high OTIFs
Developing the last mile network and maintain a healthy pipeline for recruitment
Mapping the locality in terms of catchment and ensuring serviceability
Keen eye on localization of the assortment
Market Development activities and implementation of marketing campaigns
Achieve High NPS from customers
Instock and Availability
Team development , Training and keeping attrition under required levels
Store layout and Kaizen to achieve best in class P2D
Ability to maintain a good relationship with external stakeholders impacting store operations
