Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1) Collect and tabulate the documentation requests from Project Engineer / Team lead.
2) Prepare and submit order related technical documents including GA Drawing, logic diagrams, equipment lists, utility lists, lubricant list, valve lists, spare part lists, CS drawing, etc. for pumps required in oil and gas business
3) Study specifications, instrument lists and prepare P&ID for pump aggregate.
4) Construct baseplate design in UG Nx.
5) Keep track of submission dates and ensure the submission within due dates.
6) Co-ordinate and follow-up with respective contract management to resolve queries.
7) Support application engineer / bid management by preparing preliminary GA / installation plan and P&ID during offer stage.
8) Archive / Upload key documents in SAP.
9) Monitor and display the status of entrusted works with respect to schedule and results.
10) Suggest and implement process improvement and standardization.
11) Material number generations, if required.
