Role & responsibilities
1.Work Location Mumbai109/110, Corporate Avenue, Sonawala lane, Goregaon - east. Mumbai - 400063
2.Responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items of the work plan for Colleagues;
3.Manage office documents, contracts, and archives to ensure information confidentiality and timely filing.Check India Head mails, reply for normal topics, notice the important email to India head;4. Coordinate with headquarters and local teams, communicate and follow up on the implementation of important decisions.
Preferred candidate profile
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in administrative management, business management and related majors;
2.More than 3 years of experience in administrative assistant, project coordination, or sales support related positions, with priority given to those who have experience supporting executives;
3.Proficient in using Office (Excel/PPT/Word).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
4.Strong initiative, able to anticipate requirements and solve problems.
