Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our hiring strategy, attract top talent, and optimize recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring plans.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to attract candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and job requirements.
• Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
