Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced EDM Specialist with knowledge in Oracle and the Hire to Retire process. The ideal candidate should have prior international exposure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support End-to-End Hire to Retire processes.
Handle Employee Data Management (EDM) with accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure data consistency and compliance.
Provide support for audits, reporting, and process improvements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in Employee Data Management (EDM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with international client/stakeholder handling experience.
Flexibility to work in US shift timings.
Immediate joiners preferred.
