Your Role

As a Datacom L3 Lead Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and leading the development of L3 features and datacom protocols. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust implementation, technical leadership, and agile delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Design and contribute to L3/datacom feature architecture and implementation.
• Lead design and review processes for datacom protocol features.
• Provide technical leadership and manage teams for successful project delivery.
• Work on Linux Kernel Forwarding and Netconf-based projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
• Support project planning and execution as Scrum Master or Project Manager.

Your Profile

• Strong design knowledge for L3/datacom features.
• Good understanding of datacom protocol standards.
• Very strong in C programming.
• Working knowledge of protocols: ISIS, BGP, BFD, MPLS.
• Experience with Linux Kernel Forwarding.
• Project experience with Netconf.
• Experience in managing teams technically.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Scrum Master or Project Management experience is an added advantage.
