Role: Azure Cloud Architect

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Migration & Architecture: Design and implement Azure-based solutions for seamless migration from on-premises or other cloud platforms.

DevOps Strategy: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and security.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform and Ansible for automated provisioning and configuration management.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in Azure environments.

Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for identity management, access control, and compliance in Azure.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to align DevOps strategies with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including VMs, Kubernetes (AKS), Networking, and Security.
• cloud migration projects and optimizing cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 15-20 professionals.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Certifications: Azure Administrator & Azure Architect
