Sr Developer Requirements:
Translate conceptual functional requirements into technical data and integration requirements
Take on complex assignments, projects and tasks
Proficiency with Workday Report Writer
Define and maintain calculated fields
Create and maintain Workday Custom Objects
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Core Connectors, Studio, EIB
Proficient in development using SOAP/REST APIs
Develop and maintain integrations using APIs to integrate with various data sources and applications
Develop/configure integration data maps and XSLT transformations to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Configure and maintain secure data delivery/retrieval (i.e. sFTP, SSH, PGP encryption)
Workday BIRT
Work as POC in collaboration with other IT teams (DBAs, network engineers, InfoSec, data warehouse techs, non-WD application developers)
Work with Business during various phases of deployment i.e., requirements, development, testing, and hyper-care
Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate integration project and initiatives
Participate in research and make recommendations on the integration of products and services
Monitor scheduled integration processes and proactively identify and resolve performance or data quality issues
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for integration solutions
Perform regular updates to keep integrations current
Respond to requests for archived data (MS & Oracle Databases)
Security Administrator Requirements:
Serve as Lead Security Administrator for the Workday Application, responsible for configuration, maintenance, integration, and optimization
In-depth knowledge of Workday Security architecture
Implement security to include user profiles, roles, domain security policies, integration security, and reports security for all areas of Workday
Manage and configure business process security policies and workflow
Maintain a security matrix and ensure compliance with data privacy
Troubleshoot and assist users with security-related issues, and access problems, and guide security best practices.
Implement and manage role-based access controls to ensure that users have the necessary access to complete the job duties
Manage Customer Central Security Configuration
Maintain all security documentation
Work with Internal Audit on Quarterly Audits
Assist in SSO/MFA secure authentication configuration policies
Review and update security roles based on changes in business requirements
Experience:
5+ years Developer Experience using Workday Integration methods (Core Connectors, Workday Studio, EIB) and associated transports/protocols (MVEL, XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP/REST)
Experience in designing, creating, refining, deploying and managing the organizations data architecture including end-to-end vision of how data will flow from system to system, for multiple applications.
Advanced knowledge of Business Processes and Domain Security policies
Proficiency in configuring and managing Workday Custom Security groups i.e., Role Based, User Based
Proficiency in Workday HCM and Security modules with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve access and security issues
Knowledge in SSO/MFA for applications secure authentication
Knowledge of Tenant and Release management
Ability to configure/security/reports migrations from one environment to another using Workday Object Transporter (OX 2.0)
Knowledge of SQL
Ability to communicate effectively and lead calls
