Position Overview
We are looking for a Python Developer with 24 years of experience in building and maintaining Python applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills and experience with backend development, data processing, and working with APIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
- Debug, test, and optimize existing applications for performance.
Backend & Integration:
- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Assist in database design and data handling (SQL/NoSQL).
- Support deployment and version control processes (Git/GitHub).
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver features.
- Maintain proper documentation of code, APIs, and processes.
- Follow coding standards, review processes, and agile development practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Python programming experience (24 years).
- Experience with web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Experience in working with RESTful APIs and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) or CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to unit testing and test automation frameworks.
