About The Role Mandatory skills-

Change management experience (with knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Release methodologies

Experinece 6-10 years , location - Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai Ability to understanding of Global Change Policy/ Standards and how to apply to practical scenarios Work closely with global technology teams to co-ordinate project execution Familiarity with change management tools (Remedy, PPRT, CECE) Work to fast paced timelines Run project governance routines Work closely with the GBT APC PMO and Project Execution teams Strong technical aptitude (application infrastructure) Experience with various levels of system, integration, and regression testing Hands on delivery experience working with Agile teams and in implementing Scaled Agile/Scrum/Kanban/DevOps practices. Risk Management / Mitigation and QA experience Strong analytical / problem solving / process design skills Strong ability to establish relationship with peers across teams in order to achieve optimal results

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and other processes
ITIL V3 / 2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification
Capable to collaborate with Multiple Technical towers, face the Customer, coordinate with the Vendors
Effective Communication skills Mandatory Skills:

ITIL Change Mgmt .Experience5-8 Years .
