Job Description
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead and manage projects spanning development, infrastructure, technology security risk, and governance teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and business analysis, documenting current and future state solutions.
- Oversee and track delivery of technology initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Support governance forums (working groups, steering committees) with reporting and documentation.
- Assist in implementation strategies, project plans, schedules, milestone tracking, and execution.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, costs, and resources through RAID logs.
- Coordinate with technology, operations, finance, and risk teams for testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with global and regional counterparts to align with best practices.
Required Skills & Experience -
- 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or financial institutions.
- Strong background in technology project management with exposure to financial services.
- Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle, especially front-office trading.
- Knowledge of Fixed Income or Equity products.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive ownership skills.
