Oversee planning, deployment, and commissioning of CCTV surveillance systems in coordination with vendors and government departments.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Technical Oversight
Supervise installation of IP cameras, control rooms, video analytics systems, and networking equipment.
Conduct site surveys and coordinate with civil/electrical teams for infrastructure readiness.
Ensure proper integration with command and control center (CCC).
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal police departments for smooth execution.
Monitor SLAs and performance of third-party vendors.
Ensure all equipment meets technical standards and specifications.
Operations & Maintenance
Ensure continuous functioning of the surveillance system with minimal downtime.
Manage AMC contracts, fault reporting, and resolution processes.
Ensure regular backup, data retention, and security protocols are followed.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to government guidelines, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity policies.
Submit project reports, utilization certificates, and progress updates to higher authorities.
Team Management
Lead a small team of technical and support staff for operational efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and conduct training sessions when required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, or related field)
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in public sector or surveillance domain
