As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be responsible for building and scaling our high-performance mobile app, playing a key role in delivering seamless digital lending experiences to MSMEs.. Sounds like you? What you will work on:
- Develop & Own: Build and maintain a high-performance mobile app using React Native for both iOS and Android.
- Architect & Scale: Design an app architecture that ensures smooth performance, scalability, and security.
- Integrate APIs: Work with backend engineers to integrate RESTful API services.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Testing & Deployment: Write unit tests, conduct debugging, and deploy using CI/CD pipelines.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure the app follows best security practices and regulatory requirements in fintech.
The ideal candidate:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and React Navigation.
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party libraries, SDKs and APIs.
- Experience with native modules in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications and analytics tools.
- Experience working with payment gateways or fintech apps is a plus.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a product-first mindset.
Qualification and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years in React Native.
- BS/BE/BTech degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
