Role Overview:The UI UX Design Lead will play a pivotal role in transforming complex business requirements and client visions into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. You will lead the UX design process, from research and ideation to wireframing and prototyping, ensuring high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs and user insights into UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to ensure user-centric design execution
- Conduct UX audits to identify areas of improvement and deliver actionable recommendations
- Present and defend design decisions to clients and internal teams
- Solve complex UX challenges and enhance usability, accessibility, and delight in digital products
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologies and apply them in day-to-day work
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards, processes, and toolkits
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on UX design experience in digital product environments
- Expertise in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX deliverables and case studies for both web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, user flows, and journey maps
- Solid understanding of web technologies, mobile design principles, and responsive design
- Experience working in Agile/iterative development environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills
- Ability to liaise between design, development, and business teams effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise-level UX design projects
- Exposure to industries such as eCommerce, Healthcare, Automotive, or EdTech
- Familiarity with analytics tools, usability testing frameworks, or design systems
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards and inclusive design
