We are hiring multiple Salesforce Developers with Omnistudio or Health cloud experience across our PAN India locations.
Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Developer where you will leverage your expertise in SFDC Health Cloud-Patient Management and SFDC Development & Customization to create impactful solutions. With a focus on SFDC Lightning and Integration you will enhance our systems to better serve our clients in the Payer domain. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site ensuring flexibility and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SFDC solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients in the Payer domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SFDC Health Cloud-Patient Management features.
- Utilize Omnistudio to create seamless user experiences and streamline business processes.
- Integrate SFDC systems with external applications to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
- Configure SFDC settings to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user interface and functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFDC-related issues to maintain system integrity.
- Conduct regular system audits and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Document development processes and configurations for future reference and training purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote work with on-site collaboration to maximize productivity. Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in SFDC Health Cloud-Patient Management and SFDC Development & Customization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Lightning Integration and Configuration.
- Have experience with Omnistudio to enhance user experiences.
- Exhibit knowledge of the Payer domain to align solutions with industry needs.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
