Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage CRM support and handle Change Requests, ensuring timely implementation of enhancements and effective issue resolution.
Hands on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and manage associated change requests efficiently.
Lead and support API integration projects, including configuration and management of integrations with internal core applications.
Ensure data security, regulatory compliance, and conduct regular backups across all supported applications.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for application enhancements, support contracts, upgrades, and related activities.
Demonstrated project management skills to drive initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of application-related projects.
