Desired Candidate Profile
1) Understanding of deliverables, scope of services & timelines, pertaining to effective Project Delivery.2) Effective delegation of responsibilities within team & tracking the same with pre decided frequency to mitigate risks.
3) Effective internal & external co-ordination during project stage up to closure & ensure completion of the same as per the timelines agreed upon.
4) Establish frame work for various projects & proper deputation of human resource as per the requirements.
5) Monitoring timely billing & recovery.
6) Finalizing procurement packages along with the procurement team.
7) Control & tracking of project budget.
8) Monitoring of cash flow report for client & vendor.
9) He is also responsible to maintain the quality standards of the project.
10) He is also expected to have overall control of the project management with the PMC team.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Civil, Diploma - Civil
PG: M.Tech - Civil, M.Arch - Architecture, PG Diploma - Civil
