Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills :Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL)
Good to have skills :NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. By applying your business and functional knowledge, you will define and implement key metrics to manage the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled with precision and care. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving quality and accelerating delivery within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and methodologies, making recommendations for improvements. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
