Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Chennai (onsite). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development and must be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies. Only candidates who are available to join immediately will be considered.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Build dynamic, responsive UIs using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and DevOps.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, and ORM tools.
- Deploy and maintain applications using CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability in all developed applications.
- Follow Agile methodology and participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills:
- Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Proficiency in at least one frontend framework: Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, ORM (e.g., Hibernate).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker, and cloud deployment (preferably GCP).
- Understanding of software security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
Experience Required:
- 4 to 7 years total IT experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend and frontend experience to join our team in Chennai (onsite). This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and user-centric solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
- Full-stack development both UI and server-side
- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture
- Knowledge of Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Proficiency in performance tuning and application optimization

- Define software architecture and select appropriate tech stack and deployment strategies
- Implement software testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and delivery speed
- Ensure secure development practices and compliance with organizational and industry standards
- Continuously optimize application performance and introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to evolving the tech stack
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate them for potential use in upcoming solutions
Experience Required:
- 6+ years in the IT industry
- 4+ years in hands-on software development
- Practical experience in 2 coding languages OR advanced proficiency in 1 language
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
