Job Details:
Role : Java Fullstack Developer ( Java + React )
Location : Bangalore , Marathahalli.
Years of experience : 4 - 6 Years only
Work Mode : Work from office ( No Remote and No Hybrid )
Work Days : 5 Days
Shift Timings : Flexi Hours only
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days only ( Official Notice period should be 30 Days Only )
NOTE : Candidate should be very strong in Java ( 40% ), React ( 70% ), Redux ( 60% ). If you are pure Back end Developer or More into Back end and less in the front end means kindly dont apply and
Job Summary:
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for overseeing both the technical direction and hands-on development of full-stack applications. You will lead a team of developers, work closely with product and design teams, and ensure best practices are followed in every stage of development. This role combines both leadership and technical expertise to create robust, scalable solutions and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them in their technical growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Provide leadership in architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and innovative environment within the team.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with team members to provide feedback, career growth support, and performance evaluations.
End-to-End Development:
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Ensure that development is consistent with business requirements and customer expectations.
Technical Leadership:
- Take ownership of key technical decisions and architecture, balancing technical debt with speed of delivery.
- Review and improve code quality through code reviews, pair programming, and mentoring.
- Research, introduce, and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize processes.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver new features and functionality.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimating tasks, and ensuring that the team meets deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Agile Development & Best Practices:
- Lead and support the team in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Continuously improve the development process by encouraging team feedback and adapting workflows.
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:
- Act as the go-to expert for complex technical issues, troubleshooting bugs, and resolving problems across the stack.
- Balance multiple priorities and lead the team through challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4- 6 years of experience in software development.
- Languages & Technologies:
- Strong experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in back-end languages such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD), automated testing, and debugging techniques.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and guiding development teams to achieve success.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and work effectively within a team.
- Agile Practices: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in an Agile development environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile development (iOS/Android) or cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
- Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
- Knowledge of web security practices and experience in securing applications.
- Experience with advanced front-end technologies such as Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) or WebAssembly.
- Knowledge of deployment automation, monitoring, and logging best practices.
