Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant @ Honeybee Tech

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion technologies and demonstrate the ability to lead a team in delivering high quality data solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in data intelligence.

Role & responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data professionals in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee the development and deployment of data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion technologies.
Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, data quality, and data security.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Fusion and data intelligence technologies.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
Proficient in Oracle Fusion Technical components, including but not limited to data modeling, ETL, and reporting.
Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.
Solid understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under
