8-9 Years of experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance. Thorough understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes. Solid understanding Manual testing process. In-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies. Strong knowledge of industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices. Experience of defining Test Data Profiling approaches and Test Data Management approaches. Strong Functional understanding of Investment Banking, Capital Markets. Strong knowledge on Database testing with experience in SQL and complex queries to support the testing. Hands-on experience of HP ALM, JIRA Excellent written, oral communication skills. Ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently or as a member of the team, Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision. Should be good team player with the right attitude. Adapt to the changes quickly Develop test scenarios, test cases and prepare suitable test data. Mentor peers and ability to resolve issues to best efforts Shift timing 3AM 12PM EST.
