Testing Engineer @ Atharva Laboratories

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Testing Engineer to conduct product testing in strict accordance with relevant Indian Standards (IS) codes. The candidate will ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards as per IS 13252, IS 616, and IS 62368.

• Perform product testing following the guidelines of IS 13252, IS 616, and IS 62368 standards.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and protocols to ensure compliance with IS codes.
• Identify, record, and document testing results, anomalies, and defects.
• Collaborate with product development and quality teams to resolve issues and ensure product safety and quality.
• Maintain test equipment and ensure calibration is up-to-date.
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant IS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes and product designs based on test results.

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product testing and compliance with IS standards, particularly IS 13252, IS 616, and IS 62368.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with testing tools and laboratory equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
