Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Product Quality Analyst at iServeU, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of web, mobile, and backend fintech applications. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility, conducting testing at all levels, collaborating closely with team members, designing and developing automation scripts, detecting software defects, and providing timely solutions throughout the Agile product life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility - Conduct testing at all levels - System, Integration, and Regression - Collaborate closely with team members and departments to ensure adherence to quality assurance processes, standards, and metrics - Design and develop automation scripts - Detect software defects and provide timely solutions - Work on impactful products used by leading banks, NBFCs, and fintechs Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation Testing - Hands-on experience with web/mobile testing, API testing, and bug tracking tools - Good understanding of databases, including SQL, JSON, and XML formats - Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, think critically, and solve problems effectively Additional Details: Joining a team of 500+ employees spread across offices in Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, and Delhi, you will have the opportunity to work in a growth-oriented environment with ample learning opportunities. iServeU offers competitive compensation and flexible work policies to support your professional growth and innovation.
