Job Description

Role Overview: As a Quality Analyst (Manual Testing) at our company in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of websites, Shopify apps, and e-commerce platforms. Your focus will be on manual testing to identify and track bugs and issues, collaborate with the team, and deliver high-quality products. Strong English skills and effective communication are vital for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual testing of websites, Shopify apps, and e-commerce platforms. - Identify, document, and track bugs and issues. - Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure product quality. - Conduct regression testing and cross-browser testing. - Write clear and concise test cases and reports. - Ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manual Tester. - Good understanding of e-commerce workflows and Shopify apps. - Strong knowledge of software testing processes. - Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal). - Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, etc.).
