Job Description
- As a Web Developer at our company, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining our next-generation websites and web tools. Your core responsibilities will include: - Content Management & Optimization: Meticulously revising, editing, proofreading, and optimizing web content to ensure accuracy and search engine visibility. - User Experience Enhancement: Collaborating with product, design, and marketing teams to improve the overall user experience and user interface of our digital platforms. You will take ownership of various design and development tasks throughout the entire web development lifecycle, involving front-end and potential back-end development, from initial concept and wireframing to deployment and ongoing maintenance. It is crucial to research, propose, and implement new web technologies and best practices to keep our platforms cutting-edge and efficient. Writing clean, well-documented, and efficient code is essential, as well as participating in code reviews to maintain high quality standards and ensure scalability. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs across our web properties in a timely manner are also part of the role. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong emphasis on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Demonstrated proficiency in at least one server-side technology, such as Java, PHP, Node.js, Python, or Ruby. - Solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). - Proven ability to build responsive and adaptive web experiences that perform well across various devices and screen sizes. Your success in this role will be supported by your excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.,
