Java MSB with React @ Cognizant

Job Description

As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using React JS, Spring Boot, and Java. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements. You will ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications through thorough testing and debugging. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, participating in code reviews to maintain code quality, and working closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will be implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process. To excel in this role, you should stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software solutions. You will also contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and document technical specifications, system designs, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Participation in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, is essential. Qualifications: - Hands-on coding experience in Java, Spring Framework, React JS with Redux SAGA, MUI5 - Middleware experience with Webservices, Microservices, Spring Boot - Back-end experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL - Testing experience with Mockito, Junit, JEST, JACOCO - DevOps experience with Jenkins, Azure, Docker, GitHub - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFE) and engineering practices,
