- As a Senior Manager - Solutions Architect at Genpact, you will be instrumental in innovating pre-sales solutions in various technology domains, including Enterprise Apps, Digital Technologies, Data, and AI/ML. Your role will involve crafting compelling proposals to meet and exceed client needs in a competitive market. To excel in this position, you must possess a combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and exceptional communication skills to drive and influence our pre-sales strategy, ensuring our solutions are distinctive. Collaborating with internal partners from sales and delivery teams, as well as global teams, will be crucial for developing comprehensive multi-tower solutions. **Responsibilities:** - **Proposal Development:** Lead the development and delivery of responses to RFX across various domains, such as Technology, Digital technology, Data, AI/ML, ERPs, etc., to create robust, client-centric proposals that set us apart from the competition. - **Strategic Pre-sales:** Design innovative solution architectures for complex client requirements, aligning proposals with business goals and technical feasibility. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and other teams to gain insights, prioritize features, and provide solutions that meet customer expectations and company objectives. - **Innovation and Thought Leadership:** Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in AI and Digital Transformation, to ensure our proposals demonstrate cutting-edge solutions and a competitive edge. - **Client Engagement:** Engage in client meetings, lead presentations as the subject matter expert on proposed solutions, and translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Experience:** - Significant experience in Technology Solutions Architecture with a focus on pre-sales and proposal development. - Background in managed software development, Technology transformations, IT services outsourcing, complex systems integrations, IT Services management, cloud migrations, Data, and AI/ML development is advantageous. **Domain Expertise:** - Proficiency in solutioning across multiple domains, including ERPs, Digital tools, Data, AI/ML, and Cloud Technologies. **Preferred Experience:** - In-depth understanding of technical concepts across various domains. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. This job is based in India-Kolkata and is a full-time position. The educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
