Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Field Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The role involves delivering training programs, enhancing employee capabilities, and ensuring consistent implementation of standards across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field training sessions and on-the-job coaching.
Ensure standard operating procedures are followed across teams.
Monitor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Support training material development and updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate (Hotel Management preferred).
3-4 years of relevant experience in training or hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: As per profile.
