Marketing Head for IVF Hospitals
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services and specialties.
2. Team Management: Lead a team of 15 members across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, guiding them to achieve business objectives.
3. Branding and Communications: Oversee branding, communications, and digital marketing efforts to enhance the hospital's reputation and visibility.
4. Patient Engagement: Foster patient engagement through effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff and other departments to promote new services and specialties.
6. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead in the market.
7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and ethical marketing practices.
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 6 years specifically in IVF hospitals
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in strategic planning, branding, digital marketing, and patient engagement
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and ethical marketing practices
Salary and Location:
- Up to 26 LPA
- Hyderabad, with team management responsibilities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
