Should be PMP certified.
Should have broad knowledge about the applications being used by other banks and Industry trend.
Good Knowledge of banking applications in the respective domain
Good understanding of various System Integration applications.
Good knowledge of various MIS requirement for the domain and reporting tools used by the banks.
Over 8 years of Banking software development/ implementation for large organizations.
A good knowledge on Project Management and combination of operations knowledge with expertise in system applications in the domain.
Able to justify the change undertaken
Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects spanning across large divisions.
Knowledge of Banking products & regulations in the domain.
Expertise to manage & prioritise among several projects based on business need, cost, resource and risk.
Plan project lifecycle deployment in term of timelines and resource utilization for the assigned Projects.
Review requirements for completeness and ensure traceability across the lifecycle.
Ensure adoption of the banks project methodology for business initiatives in terms of Plan, Risk, Controls, Monitor, Communicate, Testing, Vendor mgmt, Financials & go-live preparation.
Ensure Projects / Change request delivered meet stake holders expectation
Manage Projects in the allocated domain & support business units with technological guidance on system selection/design/implementation & support.
Review Project Authorization Requests / SCR approval sheet with details on costs, timescale, deliverables, and vendor evaluation with recommendations beneficial to the business.

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
