Business Analyst @ Camions Logistics

Job Description

About the Role-:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong problem-solving mindset and expertise in process automation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and driving data-backed solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities-:

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document workflows, create flowcharts, and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
  
• Process Automation: Design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
  
• Data Analysis: Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, problems, and actionable insights.
  
• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and support the implementation of new processes and technology solutions.
  
• Reporting & Documentation: Develop reports, dashboards, and detailed documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications-:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into solutions.
  
• Proven experience in process automation (Excel automation, VBA, RPA tools, macros, or equivalent).
  
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, dashboards).
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Skills-:

• Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  
• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems or workflow automation platforms.
