Role Overview
As an SAP Convergent Mediation Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting mediation solutions within the SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) suite. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure seamless data collection, aggregation, and processing across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Design and develop interfaces and workflows for data mediation using SAP CM tools and methodologies.
- Lead integration efforts with other SAP BRIM components such as Convergent Charging, Invoicing, FI-CA, and Subscription Order Management.
- Conduct system analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, architecture documentation, and test plans.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mediation-related issues.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for internal teams and end-users.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience- 4 to 6 years
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Mediation.
- 3+ years of SAP BRIM experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with SaaS models, scalable systems, and high-volume data processing.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Subscription Billing, and CRM SOM modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with data migration between systems like Hyperion and SAP SAC.
- Knowledge of financial planning and analytics best practices.
- Technical certifications in SAP BRIM or related areas.
