Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Chat Process team. This is a non-voice process focused on assisting global customers through live chat and email support. If you have strong communication skills, good typing speed, and are ready to start immediately, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and concerns via chat and email.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Meet individual/team KPIs and service levels.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate not required
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in international chat support preferred.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 30 - 35wpm with good accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written English with grammar proficiency.
  • Others:
    • Willing to work in night shifts (rotational).
    • Must be able to join immediately.
    • Comfortable with non-voice (chat/email) process.
    • Two-way cab facility available within a 25km radius from the office.
