Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for Compensation and Benefits roll,HR Analyst/Analytics (C&B & HR Operations) - Bangalore
Position Description:
The Human Resources Analyst based at Bangalore supports in implementation of C&B and HR Operations activities including high-end analysis, data representations for management decision making and also the operations / reporting activities pertaining to C&B. This position will report to the GM - C&B.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the following:
MIS reporting and dashboards - with graphical representations
Coordination of Salary Surveys
Budgeting and Salary Planning
Establish contact with external sources to obtain latest C&B trends in industry
Support in implementation and documentation of HR Policies
Payroll and associated compliances
Employee benefits - PF, Gratuity, SAF, Medical Insurance, Car Lease etc.
Computer skills: High level of proficiency in MS Excel (graphical representation, formulas, etc.) , Powerpoint and Word
Education qualification: MBA HR
Behavioral attributes: High Analytical Skills, with a passion for data crunching. Self-driven individual with high integrity levels and a humane approach with a strong passion for HR and numbers.
Note - Analytical skills, budgeting, pivots, vlook up, macros, advanced excel, powerpoint expertise preferred.
