About the Role
The Global Corporate Recruiting team at IntouchCX is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and assessing leadership and salaried positions across levels from Team Leaders and Trainers to Executive roles.
We are looking for a Manager Corporate Recruitment who will ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while strategically managing hiring plans, team performance, and resources. This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and proven leadership in high-volume and corporate hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring forecasts and ensure execution to meet/exceed targets.
- Develop recruitment strategies across traditional and social channels.
- Leverage market trends and competitive insights to guide hiring plans.
- Drive a metric-based approach for recruitment team success.
- Lead by example in proactive and creative sourcing techniques.
- Partner with Marketing & Candidate Attraction teams to strengthen employer branding.
- Work closely with Operations and Clients to meet role-specific hiring needs.
- Continuously evaluate processes, tools, and reporting to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or post-secondary education (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Operational background in a contact center environment (preferred).
- Experience with employer branding, job marketing, and social media hiring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS, sourcing, and assessment tools.
- Proven success in leadership hiring and direct sourcing.
- Strategic mindset with ability to plan and execute in fast-paced environments.
