Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned SOC Delivery & Operations Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of our Security Operations Center (SOC). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cybersecurity operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SOC operations, ensuring 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and threat management.
- Oversee the delivery of SOC services in alignment with contractual obligations and SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and performance metrics.
- Manage and mentor SOC analysts and engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic input on SOC tooling, architecture, and roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in SOC operations and service delivery.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, threat intelligence platforms, etc.).
- Proven experience in managing SOC contracts, including SLAs, KPIs, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring.
- Preferred certifications: CISM, CISSP (or equivalent).
