Job Requirements:
Qualification: BE/ B Tech Chemical/ Petro Chemical Engineering/ Metallurgical Engineering
Relevant Exp: Minimum 5 years of work experience in Chemical Injection, Oil Field Chemicals, Material Selection, Corrosion coupons and cathodic protection.
Applies engineering principles in Mechanical, Materials or Metallurgical engineering discipline.
Familiarity with materials and damage/ corrosion mechanism with Industrial standard API, NACE, ASME
Must have certification of qualification API 571, 580, NACE CP/CIP/ Corrosion Technologist
Analysis of operating parameters, PFDs, PIDs, sampling and inspection reports.
Capable of identifying damage mechanisms and corrosion loops.
Develop and implement IOW/EROE health management dashboard.
Monitoring and surveillance of integrity parameters to ensure reliable operations in Upstream/ Midstream/Downstream.
Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and addressing of the same at Chemical Management Team meetings and at Stewardship.
Should be conversant with code applicability and material selection criteria.
Knowledge on CR, RL, FFS & RBI
Demonstrated organizational, coordination, planning, interface and technical judgment skills.
Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
Good leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English
