  • Recruiting from screening to selection Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Closing technical and non-technical personnel requirements.
  • Providing Offer Letters, Arranging Induction, Joining formalities, to New Joiners
  • Maintaining of Master Data of employee in the System.
  • Preparing Employee Personal Files, Maintaining Attendance record, Leave Record,
  • Handling Training Need Analysis & Arranging Training programmes.
  • Tracking of Attendance & handling monthly payroll.
  • Performance Appraisal System.
  • Arranging Employee Engagement programme.& Employee grievance.
  • HR Compliance & Contractor Bill Verifications.
  • Clearance Form, Exit Interview, & Preparing Full & Final settlement.
