Job Description

Recruiting from screening to selection Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Closing technical and non-technical personnel requirements.
Providing Offer Letters, Arranging Induction, Joining formalities, to New Joiners
Maintaining of Master Data of employee in the System.
Preparing Employee Personal Files, Maintaining Attendance record, Leave Record,
Handling Training Need Analysis & Arranging Training programmes.
Tracking of Attendance & handling monthly payroll.
Performance Appraisal System.
Arranging Employee Engagement programme.& Employee grievance.
HR Compliance & Contractor Bill Verifications.
Clearance Form, Exit Interview, & Preparing Full & Final settlement.
