Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Karnatak Region/ East (Jharkhand)

Brief Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team and ensure the optimal performance and maintenance of our boiler systems.

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for industrial and utility boilers. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues to ensure the efficient operation of boiler systems. The Service Engineer will also collaborate with clients to provide training and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.


Role & Responsibilities:

  1. He shall be Single point contact for the customer in the region.
  2. Visiting customer in reactive / warranty / proactive conditions.
  3. Complaint handling & resolving issues within the pre-determined timelines for breakdowns / maintenance.
  4. Carrying trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc.
  5. Submitting service reports & plan of actions to customer for advance shut down / preventive maintenance planning.
  6. Responsible for chargeable visits, invoicing & payment collection in the region.
  7. Collecting/ updating / recording data on boiler performance/ availability / overall satisfaction with performance of equipment.
  8. Co-ordination with HO & customer on existing equipment & its performance.
  9. Generating field data for product improvement.
  10. Collecting / updating / recording data of competitors installations in the region.
  11. Generating business leads through apt & prompt service.
  12. Generate service enquiry & carry out execution for all services activity.
  13. Monthly Report generation & MIS

  • Product knowledge on AFBC / CFBC/ Travelling grate / Oil & Gas fired boilers, heaters, waste heat recovery boilers, component function, performance parameters and MOC

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
