Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with various government departments, authorities, and agencies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, agreements, contracts, letters, and official communications.
  • Handle company-related registrations, renewals, licenses, approvals, and permits within stipulated timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all government-related correspondences and approvals.
  • Act as a liaison between the management and government bodies to facilitate approvals and resolve issues.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on implications for the company.
  • Support internal teams in ensuring adherence to statutory and compliance obligations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 4 years between of relevant experience in government liaison, legal, or compliance roles.
  • Proficient in drafting and reviewing official documents with high accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory procedures, compliance norms, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with government officials.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of building strong relationships with government departments.
