Experience: 10+ years (with at least 2-3 end-to-end Data Migration projects on AWS and Azure)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Migration Architect with strong expertise in AWS and Azure cloud ecosystems. The ideal candidate will design and lead large-scale, complex data migration initiatives, ensuring a secure, cost-efficient, and high-performance transition of enterprise data from on-premises or legacy platforms to the cloud. This role requires hands-on experience in migration assessments, strategy creation, DataOps implementation, and CI/CD automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience delivering 2-3 full-cycle Data Migration projects on both AWS and Azure platforms.

Deep understanding of cloud data services, including storage, compute, and networking components across hyperscalers.

Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB).

Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools, data modeling, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks).

Hands-on experience with DataOps frameworks, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).

Familiarity with data governance, security best practices, and performance tuning.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and solution presentation.
